The grassy area along the side leads up and behind the pavilion. On the left side of this picture is a road that brings you closer to the pavilion to drop off. There is plenty of parking beyond a grassy picnic area. Also note that there is some grills by the picnic tables. At the beach there is canoes that I'm guessing they rent.
